Ryanair has gone to the High Court to stop a former employee joining a rival because, the airline contends, that employee agreed not to work for any competitor for 12 months when he accepted share options in 2018. Ryanair is prepared to fight to protect what it sees as its interests. The court will rule in the issue in due course.
