The Disclosures Tribunal: Far, far too slow

The Disclosures Tribunal resumed its hearings yesterday though that may be an overly energetic description of a body that held just three procedural hearings this year and has not held a full day of hearings since July 2018.

The tribunal is a vital cog in protecting or, depending on your perspective, reestablishing credibility in our public affairs yet, by it snail’s pace workings it undermines its mission and its integrity.
