Part 1: Brendan McKeown from DQS Ireland talks to Kehlan about getting Small Businesses on the road to ISO Certification. ISO is an internationally recognised certification for standards of processes or management. Increasingly ISO has become the certificate of note when applying for government tenders or international business. Brendan explains what businesses can do to get this vital accreditation.

Part 2: How do you get kids to explore possible careers? Well WhizzKids beliefs that the key is through fun and enjoyment. Garry Lowe talks about educating kids and allowing them to find their path to careers that they will see as meaningful and worthwhile. With a heavy focus on the IT sphere Garry and his team are building the future entrepreneurs of Ireland.

Part 3: Laura Murphy from creative digital media company Zappy is the guest in Part 3 of this week’s show. Laura explains about how a business finds and creates an app that’s right for their business and why apps just don’t suit the business models of some businesses.

Part 4: Alison.com is the brainchild of Michael Feerick and has seen phenomenal growth in recent years. ALISON is the worlds leading provider of free online courses with certificates for basic and essential workplace skills. They currently service three million customers and aim to hit five million by the end of the year. Michael explains their growth and how one billion customers is the ultimate and very achievable goal for his company.
