The clinical governance structure of Children’s Health Ireland (CHI) is “not adequately developed” to move its organisational structure to the new National Children's Hospital (NCH), a confidential report has said.

A KPMG report into the operational readiness of CHI to move to the NCH, seen by the Irish Examiner, has raised questions as to the ability of the hospital group to integrate into a single organisation.
