The Government's motion will note the South African case against Israel at the International Court of Justice, but will not join it.

A motion calling for a ceasefire in Gaza will be debated in the Dáil on Tuesday after a late change by the Government.

The motion has been added by the Dáil's Business Committee and will take the place of the Government's Charities Bill. The revised schedule says that the debate on the motion will take 147 minutes.
