DUP leader Jeffrey Donaldson has said he believes the time is approaching for a decision over negotiations with the UK government on post-Brexit trade arrangements.

Mr Donaldson would not comment on whether a deal can be achieved before Christmas which would restore powersharing at Stormont, but insisted he is not planning for failure.
