Amnesty International has urged the Government to take a case to the European Court of Human Rights if the British government’s Troubles legacy bill becomes law.

The Northern Ireland Troubles (Legacy and Reconciliation) Bill, which is going through its parliamentary stages, would prohibit future civil cases and inquests related to Troubles crimes.
