Gardaí appealing for help to trace Black Audi A3 linked to Clare shooting
Gardaí are seeking help from the public who may have witnessed either incident or observed a Black Audi A3 in the areas of Dun na Hinse Estate, Ennis, or Garruragh, Tulla, Picture Denis Minihane.
Gardaí are appealing to the public to help trace a Black Audi A3 which is believed to be connected a shooting in Co Clare last week.
The car is believed to be connected to two serious incidents in Tulla and Ennis.
The first, which happened on Friday, July 24, was a shooting which happened at Dun na Hinse Estate in Ennis just after 7am. Several shots were fired at a house, which injured three occupants. The suspects involved then fled the scene in a Black Audi A3.
On Sunday, July 26, gardaí found an Audi A3 burnt out at Garruagh, Tulla between 3pm and 5.30pm.
Gardaí are seeking help from the public who may have witnessed either incident or observed a Black Audi A3 in the areas of Dun na Hinse Estate, Ennis, or Garruragh, Tulla, during the relevant dates and times.
Road users with camera footage (including dash-cam) who were travelling on the N85 at Claureen between 7am and 7.15am, on the N85 between Ennistymon and Ennis between 6am and 8am on July 24, or on local roads at Garruragh and Cragroe, Tulla between 3pm and 5.30pm on July 26, are asked to make this footage available to investigating gardaí.
