Tributes paid to Limerick father of two killed in Cork car crash

Tributes have been paid to a Limerick father of two who died in a car crash in Cork.
Jeff Daly, aged in his 30s, died on Saturday, July 4, after a collision on the N20 in Castlewrixon, Ballyhea, Co Cork.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the other vehicle, a man aged in his 80s, was taken to Cork University Hospital for treatment of injuries believed to be non-life threatening.
Mr Daly, of St Joseph's Park, Dromcollogher, Limerick, has been remembered as a gentleman who “brought positivity wherever he went”.
His partner, Chelsea, wrote in tribute: "Ten years on earth is one hour in heaven. Ill see you in the morning, Bubba."
A colleague wrote in tribute: “My deepest condolences to Chelsea and the Daly family on the passing of Jeff.
"Jeff was a pleasure to work with, always wearing a smile on his face and bringing positivity wherever he went. He was a hardworking colleague and, more importantly, a great friend. Rest in peace, Jeff. You will be greatly missed."
Another tribute read: “I had the privilege of knowing Jeff since our days together in national school, and over the years he was always the same whenever we would meet, always a smile and a gentlemen. He will be greatly missed, and my thoughts and prayers are with you all during this incredibly difficult time."
The notice on RIP.ie states: “Mr Daly is sadly missed by his loving partner Chelsea, his precious daughter Lexi, and little son Max, parents Aileen and Leonard, sisters Jobeth and Bartleen, his treasured nana Betty and grandad Bart, nieces and nephew Brooke, Trey, Rio, Autumn and Twyla, brothers-in-law John and Dan, aunts, uncles, cousins, neighbours and his many friends."
Funeral details are to be announced at a later time.
Gardaí are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the collision to come forward.
Road users who may have camera footage (including dash-cam) and were travelling on the N20 near Castlewrixon, Ballyhea, Co Cork between 7.15pm and 8pm on Saturday, July 4, are asked to make this footage available to investigating gardaí.
