More wind and rain due as Met Éireann issues fresh weather warnings 

Flooding, poor visibility, and difficult travel conditions are expected

More wind and rain are on the way, with much of the country falling into warnings issued by Met Éieann. 

A status yellow rain warning Cork, Cavan, Monaghan, Tipperary, Waterford, and all of Leinster will be in place from 11pm for a 24-hour period.
