Investigation launched following discovery of woman's body in Co Tipperary
The office of the State Pathologist and the local coroner have been notified, and an autopsy is set to be arranged.
An investigation has been launched after a woman's body was discovered in a drain beside a road in Co Tipperary on Monday.
Gardaí said they are investigating all the circumstances surrounding the discovery, which occurred shortly after 3pm in Clonmel.
A statement said that the Garda Technical Bureau is examining the scene, which remains preserved at this time.

The results will assist in determining the course of the investigation gardaí said.
