Woman, 61, killed in single-vehicle crash in Cork named locally 

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses after 61-year-old Cork woman Veronica Hoen was killed in a Glanmire crash on Monday

The single-vehicle collision happened in the Dunkettle Ballinglanna area of Glanmire at approximately 1.50pm on Monday.

Gardaí have issued an appeal for witnesses after a 61-year-old woman was killed in a crash in Co Cork on Monday.

The woman has been named locally as Veronica Hoen, who was known for her work in arts education with the Irish Prison Service.
