Acclaimed actor Richard Harris has been posthumously honoured at the launch of a new exhibition celebrating his life, where he was described as a towering figure who carried “both Ireland and Limerick with him”.

The new exhibition tells the story of Mr Harris’s remarkable life and career — from his Limerick childhood through to international stardom.
