Sarah Corbett Lynch said she hopes the Netflix documentary will offer support to others who may too be going through difficult times

Sarah Corbett Lynch has said she hopes the Netflix documentary about her father Jason Corbett, who was brutally killed in the US in August 2015, will reflect his “true essence”.

Sarah, who recently published her memoir A Time for Truth, confirmed she has been interviewed for the upcoming documentary, which is set to air on May 9. Mr Corbett, a 39-year-old father of two from Limerick, had been brutally battered to death by his American wife Molly and her former FBI agent father Tom, in August 2015.
