Investigation underway after fisherman’s death on trawler off southwest coast

Several investigations have been launched following the tragic death of a fisherman on board a trawler off the southwest coast.

The victim, who has been named locally as Moses Odonkor, in his 50s, from Skibbereen, in West Cork, is understood to have suffered fatal injuries following a freak accident on board the vessel, the Boy Jason, early on Tuesday morning.
