Gardaí investigating suspected petrol bomb attack in Cork
Gardaí say no injuries have been reported at this time.
Gardaí are investigating a suspected petrol bomb attack at a house in Cork City on Monday night.
The incident occurred in Aikenhead Place, Gurranabraher at around 10pm.
It is understood the device was thrown through a window of the house but failed to detonate.
Gardaí said no injuries have been reported at this time.
A spokesperson for Cork Fire Brigade said little damage was caused to the house and two vehicles from Cork City Fire Department attended the scene.
"Enquiries are ongoing," a Garda spokesperson added.
