Former Green councillor Liam Quaide to run for Social Democrats in next general election

Formerly a member of the Green Party, Liam Quaide, who lives in Midleton with his wife and two children, was first elected to represent Midleton at the 2019 local elections.

Local councillor for Midleton Liam Quaide has been selected by the Social Democrats as their candidate for the Cork East constituency in the coming general election.

Mr Quaide was selected following an event in the town, chaired by his fellow councillor Ann Bambury and the party’s Cork East branch chair Rebecca Ryan.
