Driver, 30s, released without charge after passenger dies in Cork crash

The road at Ballynamona has fully reopened to traffic following a technical examination by Forensic Collision Investigators.

A man in his 30s, who was arrested after one of his five passengers died in a single-vehicle crash in Co Cork in the early hours of Saturday morning, has been released without charge.

A file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP).
