The Cork team are to return to Leeside on Monday evening following the All-Senior Hurling final in a live, family-friendly event at Páirc Uí Chaoimh.
Organised by both Cork GAA and Cork City Council, the Rebels Return event will especially allow younger fans, who were unable to travel up to Dublin on Sunday, to "savour some of the All Ireland atmosphere."
The alcohol-free, ticketed event will see Cork fans thank the team for "their efforts throughout this season and start the road back to Croke Park for next year" as they come home.
Music and entertainment are also expected at the Páirc with the likes of the Frank and Walters and John Spillane.
Tickets cost €4 and are still available before doors open at 4.30pm.
It will also be streamed online through Cork GAA's streaming platform, Rebels Online for free.
While the Rebel's Return is designed to appeal to all ages, organisers say buggies cannot be accommodated at the stadium and under 16s will not be allowed on the pitch.
CEO of Cork GAA, Kevin O'Donovan said: “The result may not have gone our way, but we are so proud of Pat Ryan’s team for what they have achieved. Rebels Return will be an event for our incredible fan base.
"They have been with us throughout this year, in the rain and the sun, cheering from their homes, and painting the county the Rebel red. Let’s close this chapter in style, and start working on the next," Mr O'Donovan added.
Similarly, the Clare Senior hurlers and their management team will see a homecoming event on Monday evening at Tim Smythe Park in Ennis from 6pm onwards.
Planned activities will include big-screen entertainment and music as well.
