Met Éireann issues three rain warnings as miserable July continues

Met Éireann has issued three separate status yellow warnings with "persistent and heavy" rain expected in many parts of the country.
The first rain warning is in place for Carlow, Kilkenny, Wexford, Tipperary and Waterford and will remain in effect until 4pm.
