A civic-minded teenager, whose contributions include setting up an unofficial Deliveroo service for elderly neighbours, is leading the way as one of Cork’s youngest community activists.

Jayden Browne, 14, who lives in Greenmount, Cork has been responding to issues in his community since lending a hand to neighbours during the pandemic. Some of the voluntary activities Jayden carries out include visiting the elderly and taking care of shopping for vulnerable neighbours.
