Man, 60s, arrested in connection with fatal assault at Kerry cemetery 

A number of people have previously been charged in relation to the fatal stabbing of Thomas Dooley in October last year

Thomas Dooley, from Killarney, suffered fatal stab wounds in Rathass cemetery in Tralee in October 2022 while attending a burial at the graveyard. 

A man in his 60s has been arrested in connection with a fatal assault in Rathass Cemetery, Tralee last year.

The man is currently detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984 at a Garda station in Kerry.
