There were reports of gunshots at Killeens Place in Farranree on Saturday afternoon

Killeens Place Housing Estate, Farranree, Cork City. 

Gardaí have launched an investigation following reports of gunshots fired in a housing estate in Cork yesterday afternoon.

The incident was reported in Killeens Place, Farranree at approximately 1pm on Saturday.
