The new deal contains annual pay increases over three years of 3%, then 3.5% and finally 3.25%, as well as two €500 bonuses a year

Staff at Bausch & Lomb in Waterford are to vote on a new pay deal in a bid to avert further strike action at the plant.

Terms of the agreement include pay increases of almost 10% and restoration of bonuses.
