A walk-in and drive-through Covid-19 testing site is open to the public in Limerick from today. It is one of four new testing centres to open today, with the other sites located in Dublin, and Waterford's WIT arena. The centres are designed for people who do not have Covid-19 symptoms and who are concerned that they may have been at risk of infection in the past two weeks.

The Limerick facility, which will be run by the HSE, is at the grounds of St Joseph’s Health Campus, Mulgrave St, and will operate for six days.
