Three men from Newry in County Down were arrested in North Cork in the early hours of Friday, March 27, and charged with having equipment for burglary including ladder, ropes, harness and torches.
After a garda objection to bail being granted to the three men at a special sitting of Cork District at the weekend, Judge Mary Dorgan remanded them in custody with consent to bail until Tuesday when they were all released having satisfied bail conditions which included the approval of independent sureties.
