The High Court was told today that teacher Enoch Burke has returned to Wilson's Hospital School in Westmeath and passed through the gates this morning.

As a result, Rosemary Mallon BL, for the school, asked Mr Justice Brian Cregan, who released Mr Burke from prison yesterday, for permission to mention the case again this afternoon when she will present an affidavit outlining what had happened this morning.
