Some €15,000 of jailed teacher Enoch Burke's salary will have to be paid to Wilson's Hospital School to pay for a debt he has to pay over some of his trespasses on the premises, the High Court ordered on Friday.

Mr Justice Brian Cregan also said he may yet consider having certain Burke family cars which were used to drive Mr Burke onto the school grounds sequestered to the State.
