A charge of directing and controlling the activities of a criminal organisation was brought against a 47-year-old man who was allegedly directing gang members to deal heroin in Cork and was allegedly in possession of firearms.

Detective Garda Patrick O’Sullivan brought the charge of directing a criminal organisation and related charges against Prana Motriuk at Cork District Court.
