Man accused Cork gardaí of having a fake warrant for his arrest, court told

The man was sentenced to two months for threatening behaviour and six months consecutive for failing to turn up in court

Gardaí were accused of making up charges and producing a fake warrant when they went to arrest a young man in Cork City. Cork District Court also heard he verbally abused them threatening to punch their heads off.

25-year-old Dylan Duggan of Cork Simon Community was jailed for a total of eight months in prison for his threatening behaviour and for failing to turn up in court.
