A signed plea of guilty was entered on Tuesday by a 33-year-old man accused of making a death threat to a woman serving lunches at Cork Penny Dinners.

Judge Mary Dorgan then sent the accused man forward from Cork District Court for sentencing at the next sessions of Cork Circuit Criminal Court commencing on October 28.
