A member of An Garda Síochána was bitten on the wrist by a 32-year-old man being arrested in Glanmire, it was alleged on Wednesday at Cork District Court.

Sergeant John Dineen outlined the background to the alleged incident involving Robert McCann of Meadowbrook, Riverstown, Glanmire, County Cork,.
