Two people have been arrested in relation to a Dublin hit-and-run that left two people dead last December.

Georgina Hogg Moore, 39, and Anthony Hogg, 40, died when they were hit by a car while crossing a road at Blanchardstown Shopping Centre with their daughter Becky and another pedestrian.
