The 36-year-old owner of a house in Cork was jailed for two years on Friday for sexually assaulting a young woman who responded to an ad about a room to let at his home in Bishopstown.

Judge Helen Boyle made an order the accused man, Leon O’Connor, of Uam Var Avenue, Bishopstown, Cork, could be identified, but not the victim.
