Man, 40s, arrested after cannabis seizure in Dublin

A man aged in his 40s has been arrested in connection with the seizure of €120,000 worth of cannabis in Dublin.
The seizure was made following a joint operation between Revenue officers and gardaí.
The man is currently detained at a Garda station in Dublin under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act, 1996.
A Revenue spokesperson said: "This seizure is part of Revenue’s ongoing joint investigations involving organised crime groups and the importation, sale and supply of illegal drugs.

Investigations are ongoing.
