Homeowners woke to find all the lights on in their house at Boyces Street in Cork and the intruder disappearing in their car after threatening them. He later video-recorded himself driving the stolen car at high speed through the city.

Detective Garda Killian O’Connell objected to bail being granted, as these allegations were made in the case against Dylan Keating for burgling the house and driving away in the stolen Peugeot.
