A District Court judge will view CCTV of a table being broken during an incident at a hotel to decide whether or not she will accept jurisdiction for the case.

Judge Mary Dorgan heard an outline of the allegations in the case but said that she wanted to view CCTV to see if it was an accidental type of break or what actually occurred.
