Man arrested following major search operation in Co Kildare

Armed members of Gardaí attended the scene earlier today, Friday, February 21.

A man has been arrested following a major search operation in Co Kildare.

As part of Operation Thor, Gardaí from all units of the Clare/Tipperary Crime Functional Area, supported by members from Leixlip Garda Station, the Armed Support Unit and other National Units conducted a search under warrant in Maynooth on Tuesday.
