A West Cork bio-gas company has pleaded guilty in the district court to six breaches of regulations in relation to its industrial emissions licence granted by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). 

The EPA took the case against Timoleague Agri Gen Ltd, of Barryshall, Timoleague, Co Cork.
