65 people have now been arrested as part of the ongoing garda investigation into rioting in the capital on the evening of Thursday, November 2023

A woman in her 30s has become the 65th person arrested in connection with the garda investigation into the Dublin Riots of November 2023.

Gardaí from Dublin City's Store Street station arrested the woman earlier on Friday for an offence contrary to the Criminal Damage Act, 1991.

A garda spokesperson said the woman is detained under section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984 at a garda station in Dublin.

The latest arrest brings to 65 the total number of arrests made as part of the ongoing garda investigation into rioting in the capital on the evening of Thursday, November 2023.

"An Garda Síochána continues to appeal to anyone with information about the events on that day, or anyone involved in organising or participating in these events, to contact the garda investigation team at Store Street Garda Station at 01-666-8000, the Garda Confidential Line at 1800-666-111, or any garda station," the spokesperson said.

"Investigations are ongoing."
