Cork man accused of arson claims judge is 'prejudiced' after being refused bail

The accused man and his brother were served with books of evidence at Cork District Court.

A man who was refused bail on an endangerment of life charge arising out of an alleged arson of a house accused a garda sergeant of lying and the district court judge of prejudice.

Robert Crinnion made these accusations at Cork District Court at his unsuccessful application to be released on bail.
