The 32-year-old man facing charges arising out of the petrol bomb attack at Murphy’s Rock pub in Ballyvolane late on a Sunday night last September has confessed to all counts against him.
Stephen McCarthy, of Bay 10, Spring Lane halting site, Cork, appeared in person at Cork District Court, where his solicitor Frank Buttimer indicated he wanted to enter a signed plea of guilty to all the indictable charges against him.
