Cork woman causing disturbance in hospital emergency department told gardaí: 'I'll burn your house down'

Accused was acting in a threatening and abusive manner towards hospital staff and then became abusive towards gardaí, shouting F*** ye', court heard

A 44-year-old woman told gardaí responding to a disturbance she was causing at a hospital: “Ye met your match, I’ll burn your house down.” 

Sergeant Gearóid Davis described the background to the incident which occurred at the accident and emergency department of Mercy University Hospital.
