More than €380k in cash seized after car intercepted by gardaí 

Gardaí from the divisional drugs and detective units at Drogheda Garda Station had conducted a search as part of Operation Stratus

Cash seized by car from a car on the M1 motorway in Louth as part of Operation Stratus which targets organised criminal activity in the Drogheda area. 

More than €380,000 in cash was found in a car intercepted by gardaí on the M1 motorway in Co Louth earlier today.

It followed a planned operation that was put in place by the divisional drugs and detective units at Drogheda Garda Station.
