A yoga teacher who claims she still suffers pain in her neck and shoulder after her car was rear-ended in a traffic accident seven years ago has told the High Court her Instagram account showed her doing shoulder and headstands because you have to have interesting poses on social media.

“It’s my livelihood, nobody want somebody sitting in a cross-legged pose,” the 28-year-old told Ms Justice Leonie Reynolds.
