It will be a month before the book of evidence is ready in the case of alleged fraudster Samantha Cookes, the District Court in Tralee was told on Wednesday.

Ms Cookes, aged 35, appeared via video link from Limerick Prison. She was represented in court by her solicitor Brendan Ahern.
