A 28-year-old man accused of causing criminal damage to an interview room at the probation service main offices in Cork City was released on bail on Friday on condition that he would stay away from all probation service offices.

Garda Stephen Cleary arrested Thomas Shinnick who lives at an apartment at Centenary House, Charleville, County Cork, and charged him with causing criminal damage.
