A daylight robbery in Cork City was shown on video recordings at Cork District Court to see if the judge agreed with the DPP it was a suitable case for the court, but before the end of the CCTV the judge said: “I have seen enough”, and refused jurisdiction.

A book of evidence will now have to be prepared in the case against Nathan O’Callaghan, of The Rise, Sweetfield, Youghal, Co Cork, and Judge Philip O’Leary adjourned the case until December 2.
