DPP has file in case against young Cork man accused of arming himself with a screwdriver

The garda file has been sent to the DPP in the case against a man accused of arming himself with a screwdriver and shouting at another young man in Cork: “Do you want to die, black boy?”
James Hogan of 60 Liffey Park, Mayfield, Cork, appeared before Judge Philip O’Leary at Cork District Court by video link from prison on Monday where he was represented by solicitor Frank Buttimer.
