Cork woman jailed for "clattering" wheelchair-bound elderly lady

At Cork District Court, Chantelle Duffy, of Parkview Terrace, Wellington Road, Cork, was jailed for ten months for the assault.

An elderly woman in a wheelchair who was going for lunch in Cork city centre got a “clatter” across the face by a young woman on Winthrop Street leaving her bruised and frightened.

Today, at Cork District Court, the culprit Chantelle Duffy, of Parkview Terrace, Wellington Road, Cork, was jailed for ten months for the assault.
